Three, pick button processing method

The buckle processing method is suitable for processing large threaded holes on box-type parts, or when there is no tap and thread milling cutter, this method is used to install a thread turning tool on the boring bar for boring threads. There are several points for attention in the implementation of the buckle processing method:

1. There must be a delay time to start the spindle to ensure that the spindle reaches the rated speed;

2. The sharpening of the hand-grinding thread tool cannot be symmetrical, and the tool cannot be reversed and retracted. It is necessary to use the spindle to orient the tool to move radially, and then retract the tool;

3. The knife rod must be accurate and consistent with the position of the knife groove, otherwise it cannot be processed with multiple knife rods, resulting in chaotic buckling;

4. When picking the buckle, be careful not to pick it with one knife, even if it is a very thin buckle, otherwise it will cause tooth loss and poor surface roughness. You should use multiple knives to pick the buckle;
