How to deal with common problems of CNC blades

As one of the main tools of CNC lathes, CNC blades are naturally "received" attention. Of course, there are reasons for this. It can be seen from its overall advantages. Let's take a look at what it has in the end. What about the more obvious advantages?
1. Its cutting function is very good and stable.
2. It can perform chip breaking and chip removal work well (that is, cutting control).
3. The precision of the CNC blade is very high, so that the work efficiency and usage can be improved.
4. CNC blades can be changed and size pre-adjusted, so that a lot of tool changing and adjustment time can be reduced.

1 The blade has jumping treatment during operation;

1.1 Check whether the blade is installed in place.

1.2 Check whether there are sundries on the working installation surface of the cutting machine.

1.3 Check the gap between the inner diameter and the rotating shaft.

2 blade cracks;

2.1 Before use: Hook up the blade with your fingers and tap it lightly with a wooden hammer a few times to listen to the sound.

2.2 After use: Can the blade crack due to hard objects on the installation surface during installation and force when fixing it?

2.3 In addition to the above two situations, can it be caused by man-made damage or the blade itself has problems.

3 The blade has gaps;

3.1 The foot cutting machine started working without idling for 5 minutes.

3.2 If the diameter of the component foot is too large, it can be solved by adjusting the angle of the cutting edge. The specific angle should be determined according to the diameter of the component foot.

4 element feet cut continuously;

4.1 The component feet or parts of the whole PCB are clearly scored, check the thickness and material of the PCB board, whether it is caused by the deformation of the PCB during the high-temperature soldering process.

4.2 The distance between the track and the blade can be adjusted to be small.

4.3 Whether the blade has been used for too long and has a small gap, but it has not been sharpened.
