4. Check the three pressure gauges on the nitrogen generator regularly, make a daily record of the pressure changes to prepare for equipment failure analysis, observe the flow meter and nitrogen purity at any time, and maintain the purity of the outgassed nitrogen.

5. Check the refrigeration effect of the cold dryer regularly every week to prevent the failure of the cold dryer from causing water to enter the nitrogen generator and carbon molecular sieve poisoning.

6. Carry out operation and daily maintenance according to the requirements of the instrument usage regulations, and check the sensitivity of the solenoid valve/pneumatic valve, the pressure range of the pressure regulating valve, the accuracy of the gas analyzer, the compression of the adsorption tower, and the exhaust condition of the muffler from time to time. Nitrogen generator periodic maintenance

1. Test the air treatment process, check the refrigeration effect of the cold dryer, and replace the pipe filter element regularly (replacement every six months) to make the air quality better.
