A green double eccentric and two blue wedge slides center the yellow workpiece laterally and longitudinally.

2. Self-centering fixture 2

Orange screws with left and right hand threads move the V-block to center the yellow piece laterally and lengthwise. The blue pin and screw (on the lower part of the base) are used to adjust the center position of the clamp in the longitudinal direction.

3.Self-centering fixture three

The orange screw with left- and right-hand threads moves the V-block to center the yellow workpiece laterally and longitudinally. The blue nut and red screw on the green slider are used to adjust the center position longitudinally.

The pink cam lever controls the clamping process and the red spring maintains contact between the cam and the riser. It can also be used in dies for stamping undercut workpieces (soft metals).
